Working principle of reversible hammer crusher:

After the material enters the reversible hammer crusher through the feeding hopper, it encounters a high-speed rotating hammer and is hit on the adjustable wear-resistant tooth plate at the crusher's inlet. It is crushed for the first time. After crushing, the material with basically the same particle evenly enters the main crushing chamber for the second main crushing. The homogenized material particles in the main crushing chamber obtain kinetic energy again from the hammer head and rush to the counterattack chamber at high speed. Internal tooth liner, through the upward rebound of the tooth liner, is broken by hammer again, at the same time, the material is also broken by the impact between each other, so repeated cycle, in the counter-attack chamber broken many times, and finally the broken material is discharged from the outlet, the finely broken material is the finished product. Product granularity control is realized by adjusting the clearance between the rotor and the backlash plate.
