The working principle of CF impact crusher:
Phoenix impact crusher is a kind of crushing machine which uses impact energy to crush materials. When working, driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at a high speed, and when the material enters the action area of the plate hammer, it impacts and breaks up with the plate hammer on the rotor, then is thrown to the counterattack device again, and then bounces back from the counterattack lining board to the action area of the plate hammer to re-break. This process repeats. The material from large to small enters the first, second, third and counterattack chamber to break repeatedly until the material. It is crushed to the required size and discharged from the outlet. By adjusting the clearance between the counterattack frame and the rotor, the grain size and shape of the material can be changed.
